Open Program >> Internet >> Web Browser >> Main Interface, click on 
Tools>> see dropdown list on attachment. 

The only place that I could find the strings is in the file evolution-1.5es.po 
and are translated but dialog is appearing unlocalized. 
This may be a functional issue as the strings are already translated.
