Description Daniel 2004-09-17 15:46:12 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Hi

A minor cosmetic bug that was introduced in gtk2-2.4.2 (I think) made the former
acme (that is now a part of gnome) volume control dialog window malplace. When
the super duper button that regulates the volume is pressed on the keyboard the
dialog shows up in topleft corner. Pressing another time (before i has
disapeared) it show up on the right spot, that is in the middle of the screen.
If it disapear it will show up in the wrong place when key is striked again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. regulate volume with multimedia keyboard
2.
3.

Does this happen every time?

Hard to tell but almost certainly a metacity or gnome-settings-daemon
bug, reassigning to control-center for evaluation there.
