Description Rene Tschirley 2004-09-16 14:21:53 UTC
Printing to a PS file is really weird. I tried to get a Gantt View to fit any
number of pages and tried 1 hour of twiddling around with paper dimensions and
zoom factor, but I found no way to make the view fit the paper well.

After finding the correct paper height which is needed put all tasks on one page
(about 30cm), I tried to find out a paper width which leads to an optimal usage
of available horizontal space and fills even the last page. But, if the view
needs 3 pages using 20cm in width, it takes 3 pages too using a 40cm width with
a few differences in the resulting output. Well, the bars are broader, but
that's not what I indended.

Obviously, the amount of used horizontal paper space can not be controlled by
the user. Really weird. The possibility to print to an EPS bounding box would be
great.

Yours,
Rene
