Description:
starting a Gnome session with keyboard switcher panel 
applet loading causes a panel crash.

This is a hassle, because I need a quick and easy to 
toggle between right-handed dvorak keyboard, and the 
standard qwerty keyboard. (ie. if a normal 2handed person 
needs to use my box...)
