Description of Problem:
i was holding down the left mouse button on the scroll bar for x-chat, I
had held it down for maybe a whole minute, and the error pops up.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. run x-chat
2. log onto a channel on a server
3. wait till a lot of chat has built up then hold the LMB down on the
scroll bar for a while.

Actual Results:
error message to do with the gname panel

Expected Results:
srolling fun
