Gpdf is no longer maintained, closing WONTFIX. Please use Evince for your pdf viewing needs. http://www.gnome.org/projects/evince/
evince defaults to continuous scroll mode, where you can scroll across pages with the mouse wheel; however, if you turn that off, you can't. Accordingly, this is still a valid feature request; reopen, reassign to evince.
