fresh jhbuild for Gnome 2.8 on Intel Fedora Core 2 fails the build of gtkhtml2.
The following messages are displayed:

config.status: creating libgtkhtml/css/Makefile
config.status: creating libgtkhtml/document/Makefile

config.status: error: cannot find input file: libgtkhtml/dom/core/Makefile.in

Where is gtkhtml2 got from? Is it as tarball or from CVS?

jhbuild used the following command to checkout a copy from CVS

cvs -z3 -q -d :pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome \
     checkout -P -A gtkhtml2

The directory gtkhtml2/libgtkhtml/dom/core is also empty
