After getting product/component/summary, we can do some sort of search, display
the results, and ask the user if their bug is already filed.

This actually happens now for stack traces. As far as other forms of automatic duplicate detection, there is some attention on this in upstream Bugzilla, so perhaps we'll see this completed upstream.
