The ~/.thumbnail directory can grow without bounds. We should have an app that
runs now and then that cleans out old unused thumbnails, keeps the size of the
thumbnail directory limited etc.

This is not really a libgnomeui bug, but since libgnomeui has the thumbnail
creation code i put this bug here so we won't forget it.
