GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 149720
Screen does not unlock when magnifier is running
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
JDS Release_3 Build_15 -Launch magnifier -Click on Action -> Lock screen -Screen lock successfully, but the user cannot unlock it. -Entering the correct password has no effect. -User must maunally kill the xscreensaver
This bug is not seen in community xscreensaver (because the community version is totally inaccessible; see bug #99505). Closing this as NOTGNOME; Sun folks, see bt4784055. The bug also depends on bugzilla #150846.
What I meant to say above (cut and pasted too soon ;-) is that this bug is visible in Community XSS, but it's blocked by bug 99505. With bug 150846 filed against gnome-mag, and 99505 against xscreensaver, I think we can close the remainder of this bug (which just captures the fact that our xscreensaver isn't using LoginHelper quite correctly yet), as NOTGNOME.
Marking as a dup of 99505 instead, as I think that is perhaps more accurate with respect to the community builds. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 99505 ***
