Description of Problem:
after moving from Gnome 2.6.0 to 2.6.2 The font in
the clock applet moved downwards (regression) and
is now not visible in a smaller panel.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. make panel fairly small
2. show date in the clock applets
3. 

Actual Results:
cut off font

Expected Results:
visible text

How often does this happen? 
all the time, reproduced on several systems .
