Description of Problem:
Dragging and dropping a date from the clock applet calendar to any
sink, displays the month as one less than the actual.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on panel and choose
   Add to panel->Accessories->Clock
2. Click on the applet for a calendar of the current month.
3. Drag a date and drop into any editor.

Actual Results:
The month displayed at drop is one less that the current month.

Expected Results:
The 'dropped' date should be accurate.

How often does this happen? 
Always
