Create or load any file
Set compression to 0
Save file-0.gnumeric
Set compression to 9
Save file-9.gnumeric

Note that files have same length. Both appear compressed. This makes it
difficult to read the XML. I've tried level 5, and both tiny (3k) and
substantial (81k) files (compressed sizes).
