Description padraig.obriain 2004-07-27 12:29:48 UTC
In gnome-keyboard-properties. in the Keyboard tab, the labels "REpeat Keys" and
"Cursor Blinking" are not read.
Comment 1 padraig.obriain 2004-07-27 12:33:05 UTC
I know that a similar issue has been duscussed before but I cannot find the bug
where it was discussed.
Comment 2 korn 2004-07-27 14:54:47 UTC
Why is this a gnopernicus bug? The label "Repeat Keys" has no relations (and
specifically no grouping relation).

Also, the bug description isn't very clear. I'm assuming you mean that
gnopernicus doesn't read "Repeat Keys" when the user focuses the checkbox "Key
presses repeat when key is held down" (and perhaps also when focusing either of
the two sliders), right? Or do you mean that these labels aren't read in one of
the gnopernicus' review modes?
Comment 3 korn 2004-07-27 14:58:21 UTC
Sorry; I may have spoken hastily - I'm still on an older GNOME build. Are there
grouping relations on the labels now? If not, then I stand by my previous
comment... (otherwise I'll find a small rock to hide under).
Comment 4 padraig.obriain 2004-07-27 15:11:04 UTC
The reason that the bug is a gnop[ernicus bug is that the bug which Hema logged
in Sun's bugtraq was against gnopernicus.

I was hoping that this bug could be closed as a duplicate of an existing bug as
I am sure that the issues raised by this bug have already been discussed
exhaustively.
