Description Dennis Möhlmann 2004-07-10 08:24:22 UTC
1. turn on singleclick interface
2. select a file (CTRL+mouse1)
3. now have fun trying to deselect it

This is a pretty basic feature. The lack of it turns singleclick listview almost
unusable.

I've got encountered the same bug, you can only unselect the selected files
if you refresh the view.
This bug is pretty annoying.

It is right that this bug is a duplicate of 145331. Unfortunatly that bug
(145331) has been marked as duplicate of the resolved 131226 - which it
definetly is not.

Please either reopen this or 145331 as the issue still exists. 131226 deals with
keyboard selection, an entirely different issue.
This bug is about listviews in singleclick mode that won't permit the user to
unselect a file after it has been marked with CTRL+mouse. This affects at least
gnome versions 2.6 and 2.8.

You're right, my mistake. I didn't read the report close enough. I'm re-opening
bug 145331. Thanks for following up on this.
