The problem is, when the menubar is hidden, it does not work. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a gnome-terminal 2. hide the menubar 3. try to open a new tab with CTRL+SHIFT+T Actual Results: Nothing (depending on the app running, ^T is send to this application) Expected Results: Opening of a new tab, just like when the menubar is visible.
