When using the pref always_save_session.  I quit galeon, then start it.  Any
site in a tab that is external to my proxy says that it is an unknown host.  I
can then go to the tab and click reload and it loads properly.

Now if I do a killall galeon-bin.  Upon starting it asks me if I restore my
previous session, I say I do, and it loads everything fine.
