Description Karl Bartel 2004-07-02 21:46:55 UTC
Currently, it is impossible to switch focus between windows or to switch the
current workspace (by using keybindings) while dragging a file.

If this would be allowed you could do things like:
- dragging from a maximized window to a window below it
- dragging from a window in one workspace to a window in another workspace

I can't see any disadvantage being caused by implementing this feature.

Unfortunately this is not possible, since the server is grabbed when doing a
drag. I would very much like it if we could, however.
