Browse to
http://www10.brinkster.com/doctorunclear/Bugzilla/MozPopupHelpTestcaseDebugger.html
in both Firefox and Epiphany. Enter some values for "left" and "top" and then
"Create a popup window according to these settings". In Firefox, the window is
opened where specified; in Epiphany it's opened where the window manager suggests.

Same goes for screenX and screenY.

Of course, one could argue that's-a-feature-not-a-bug... but it deserves
attention either way :).

This would require gtkmozembed to be extended. Should file a bug to
bugzilla.mozilla.org.
