Description Vincent Noel 2004-06-23 15:54:21 UTC
Open an image (jpg for example) in epiphany. Drag it and drop it on the desktop
(or in a folder). I would expect a copy of the image to be created on the
desktop. Instead, a .desktop file is created, of type "Link" that points to the
image address, and the name of the desktop file is the name of the image
(tagada.jpg for example).
As nautilus now finds the file type from the extension, it believes this new
file to be an image, when actually it's a desktop file. So clicking the new file
does not open the link. So the behavior is wrong in any case...

This is actually a dup of bug #127553 (bounty/enhancements). Should have browsed
bugzilla a bit more.
