In Galeon 1.2.x, performing an up or down mouse gesture whilst pointing at a
link would perform the operation in question (open new window/tab) but also open
the URL of the link that was pointed at in the new window/tab. This feature
seems to be missing from Galeon 1.3; performing the mouse gesture whilst on a
link just opens a blank window/tab.
