1.  From GNOME foot menu, select "Preferred Applications" and change your web
browser to Galeon.

2.  In GNOME terminal, type "echo http://foo.com; echo https://foo.com"

3.  When you right click on the http link, you get Galeon.

4.  When you right click on the https link, you get epiphany.

This is a known “issue”. I can't find it, so I'll just move it to control-center...
