I create a text layer..during font selection a dos window have been opened 
saying:
"WARNING: Unable to load unicode charmap from font file 
C:\WINDOWS\fonts\webdings.ttf"
"Unable to open font file C:\WINDOWS\webdings.ttf for font Webdings 16, falling 
back to C:\WINDOWS\fonts\castelar.ttf"

My OS is WIndows XP professional Edition. In File-Preferences-Font i've include 
both GIMP fonts and Windows\Fonts.
I hope you can help me in some way.

This bug has been fixed a long time ago already. You will need pango-1.4 but
unfortunately there isn't a windows installer with this version available yet.
