Description Michael Terry 2004-05-10 02:13:57 UTC
Per bug 99529 (the keyboard shortcut dialog ui review), a couple changes should
happen to the metacity schemas file.

The ui review wants consistent naming for "move a window"/"move the window".
Metacity seems to be moving towards simply "move window". So that change
happens where it hasn't yet.

Also, the run dialog should be referred to as the run application dialog.

OK to commit this patch once we branch, thanks.
Comment 3 Elijah Newren 2004-05-10 14:10:40 UTC
Hmm... 'a' seems to make things ambiguous. Wouldn't s/a/the focused/, or
s/a/the active/ be better? (e.g. "Close the active window").
Comment 4 Michael Terry 2004-05-10 14:42:54 UTC
Right, that's one reason for the change. We are moving from "Close a window" to
"Close window."
Comment 5 Elijah Newren 2004-05-10 21:56:11 UTC
Oops, sorry.  Read the patch backwards somehow.  :-}
Comment 6 Michael Terry 2004-05-12 18:11:44 UTC
I'd like to note that I don't yet have cvs write permission. So, if you could
commit this when it becomes possible, I'd be grateful.

I committed it for you, thanks.
