* mount a drive in your homedir 
* open nautilus 2.6 in spatial mode here
* select the manual layout
* try to move the dir with a drag&drop

=> It creates a copy of the dir instead of moving the folder place in the view

It should act as with standard dir, ie: it should just move the folder icon.
