Description of the crash:
Because I'd prefer the clock to display only the time, and with the
24-hour clock, I right click and select 'Preferences' to change it.  It
crashes before the Preferences window pops up.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Right click Clock Applet in panel
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Crash

Expected Results:
Pops up Preferences window

Thanks for the bug report. This bug has already been reported into out bug
tracking system and been fixed. See bug #136721.
