From Debian bug report http://bugs.debian.org/245278. This seems like both a bug
in gimp-help for seeming to have slightly broken entries, but also helpbrowser
for not handling them properly.

Open help (F1) and click on point 3.3.2 or 3.3.3.
gimp-help quits with following error message:
Plug-in crashed: "helpbrowser"
(/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/helpbrowser)
