Description Robert H. Cobb XX 2004-04-18 04:28:29 UTC
It would be nice in a new development version of GIMP to be able to set the
radius of the pen/eraser/brush, etc by dragging a slider or by setting the
diameter in pixels instead of having the limited number of brush and eraser
sizes. This way erasers and brushes could essentially be any size. And then
perhaps the shape of the brush could be a separate option (slanted line, circle,
green pepper, etc).
Comment 1 Pedro Gimeno 2004-04-18 08:47:10 UTC
This seems to be a common misconception. The stock brushes can not be changed;
however you can create a new brush and edit its size at will. I suggest closing
this as NOTABUG.
Comment 2 Henrik Brix Andersen 2004-04-18 09:31:41 UTC
I disagree. Having a number of brush outlines which can be scaled to virtually
any size would be a nice feature addition, imho.
