Description Rafael Jannone 2004-04-17 23:37:23 UTC
Description of Problem:
When opening a file while holding the Shift key,
the Nautilus window
does not close (which is the expected behavior,
since it works when
opening a folder).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a folder in Nautilus
2. Look for a file inside (one that will invoke an
application when
being opened)
3. Hold Shift and open the file by clicking on it

Actual Results:
An application is invoked to handle the file. The
Nautilus window
remains opened.

Expected Results:
Same as above, but the Nautilus window should close.

How often does this happen?
Every time.

Additional Information:
Using Debian/experimental Gnome 2.6 packages.
