Description of Problem:
When you shuffle the pile in Mahjongg, number of possible moves is not
updated - it shows old number even if the number of moves after
shuffling is different. It is updated after taking first two blocks.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start new game
2. Shuffle
3. Remove any two blocks

Actual Results:
Number of possible moves is not updated

Expected Results:
Number of possible moves should be updated

How often does this happen?
Every time
