Description of Problem:
Nautilus special icons on the desktop appear with
a lock emblem.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. put a user in the root group
2. start a new session
3.

How often does this happen? 
always

Additional Information:
this doesn't change the behaviour of nautilus,
just the visual.
