Description of the crash:
When I attempt to adjust the time format via the "Preferences" dialog,
it crashes.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Right click on clock applet
2. Select "Preferences"
3. Watch crash

Expected Results:
Adjust the time format, win lottery.

How often does this happen?
Every time I've tried it so far ( 3 times )

Thanks for the bug report. This bug has already been reported into out bug
tracking system and been fixed. See bug #136721.
