Spinning off from bug 124000.

Show application name as about:blank title (or something like "Web Browser).

Talking with Dave I got the impression this is not worth fixing. Though up to you :)

Actually I think this can be considered a dup of 115337. When a blank page has
been loaded explicitly I think it should be considered a document and hence
called with his name (blank page). When a page has not been loaded yet I think
it's better to give feedback on what is actually up.
