Description Ambrose LI 2004-03-20 04:54:48 UTC
Automatically focussing new windows is extremely dangerous (e.g., when
typing code or typing a paper, suddenly a dialog box appears, and you
pressed an unknown button with an unknown consequence, because you don't
know what dialog appeared, what key you pressed, and/or what button
corresponds to the key you just pressed). Therefore the user should be able
to configure metacity so that new windows do not automatically get focus.
