On the bugzilla.gnome.org, I can't vote in products that allow voting (the 
link "Vote for this bug" is not on page) or change anything in "My Votes" 
(There is no text boxes to change the numbers and when I click submit it 
returns with "<B>Wrong login.</B><BR><BR>

Now that bugzilla has been upgraded, voting works for products that have voting
enabled.  Note that very few products have voting enabled though.
