Currently, the shortcuts bar and the soon-to-be-committed pathbar icons
don't notice theme changes.  Also, the icon sizes are hardcoded to 20
pixels instead of using gtk_icon_size_lookup_for_settings.

What does "don't notice theme changes" mean? What about
them displays wrong after theme changes?

Sorry -- wasn't clear enough.  They don't notice changes in the icon
themes.
