Description of Problem:

Cannot enter text into text fields of panel applets (gdict,
mini-commander) if "Window Perferences" are set to "Select windows when
the mouse moves over them"

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Add 'gdict' to the panel
2.  Open Window Preferences and check the "Select windows when the mouse
moves over them" check-box
3.  Attempt to enter text into the gdict text field

Actual Results:

Nothing happens

Expected Results:

Text should appear in the text field

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been
reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report
any further bugs you find. This is fixed in CVS.
