Description David Bolter 2004-03-01 16:35:30 UTC
GOK pointer users with a tight range of motion accuracy, and users of 5
switch directed access methods (bug 135838), can benefit from a keyboard
algorithm that puts the most frequently used keys in the center of the
keyboard.
Comment 1 David Bolter 2004-05-19 18:40:00 UTC
note for implemenation we (i) could use a utility function, create a square
keyboard and assign utility based on central-ness, then place the keys... should
be straightforward, when we get to it...

gok (GNOME on-screen keyboard) development has been stalled and it has been replaced by caribou [1]. Maintainers don't have future development plan so i am closing all the bugs as WONTFIX.
