If I click on the "color" button from gnome-panel -> Properties -> Background 
-> Color, the GnomeColorPicker Dialog appears *behind* the properties
window...!!!

This is irritating, although it does not affect functioanilty in any way.

I do see the gtk_window_set_transient_for () being called for the "color
picker selection dialog" wrt the "Color" button's toplevel widget.
Should this not be enough to make the dialog appear above the Properties
window ?
