Additional Information: Running FC2test1, haven't been able to get sound out of xmms either. So it's probably related to some ALSA problem. But rhythmbox shouldn't crash anyway. This is a GStreamer bug - alsasink is calling assert() when it wasn't able to find a device, which is wrong. I believe this issue is fixed in the latest GStreamer 0.7.x series by the way, but I'll let a GStreamer developer confirm and close the bug.
