Description of Problem:
I added the lock button to the panel (right-click, add lock button),
then left-click-and-dragged it down: when releasing, or just before, the
panel died.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add lock button to panel using right-click -> add lock button
2. Left-click-and-drag the button
3. Release left-mouse button

Actual Results:
crash

Expected Results:
move lock button
