In wether forecast window > location page tab > move focus on select 
location , using key navigation, screen reader reads it as table line one.

Expected:
When focus moved on to this table , screen reader should read it as “ 
table  location  “ or which ever is  appropriate

Chandrashekhar, I suppose you talk about the 'Preferences' window
(because in 'Forecast' window there is no 'Location' page tab).
