speech gets cut, when clock configured with display seconds.

Steps:
a.	start  gnome desktop, start gnopernicus & wait till you hear the 
sound.
b.	Add clock applet to panel. Press shift + F10, pull down menu opens.
c.	Select preference menu item. Preference dialog opens.
d.	Check check box for display seconds.
e.	Clos preference window.
f.	Bring the focus on to top panel clock applet.
g.	Speech gets cut “, every time it speeks only “ Mon feb “


Expected:

Speech should  not get cut. Screen reader should read complete date & time.

It may be that the time is updated before it gets spoken.

The last event is not spoken entirely before next event. In general
case this is the normal behaviour for a screen reader, this case can
be solved only using scripts.
