Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. set autoconfiguration url to 
   http://132.194.32.30:8080/proxy.pac
2. applets fail retrieval as long as proxy is set.

Actual Results:
Galeon uses this proxy config w/o problem, but
applets fail

Expected Results:
this pac file is designed to only use the proxy
for specific websites, applets should not need to
access proxy.

How often does this happen? 
everytime

Additional Information:
This proxy configuration needs to be in a pac file
since it specifies a complicated configuration,
only certain sites should be accessed via the
proxy. Galeon works fine.
