Description alankine 2004-01-29 23:37:17 UTC
There appears to be a certain type of a malformed news message that crashes
Pan. For example, message
"Message-ID: <torrtqi03o6s$.aydclbq77oa0.dlg@40tude.net>" in
"Newsgroups: finet.binaries.keskustelu" causes a crash in Pan every time I
select it. However, when the message is shown in Pine, it says

    [ Part 2, "Attached file: israel_shittin_me.jpg" Image/JPEG 40KB. ]
[ Not Shown. Use the "V" command to view or save this part. ]

So, the even if the message is malformed, I still think Pan shouldn't crash
when viewing the message. :-)

Here is the beginning of the full raw message read with pine:

Hope you can find out what's wrong. It's little irritating when Pan
crashes to desktop. Otherwise it's the best newsreader I've tried. ;-)
