Upon first loading GPDF 0.122 and opening a file, the file requisition box
was sized abnormally small for effective use.

Any reason why you think this is not Bug #129020? (Sorry, don't have
gtk+ 2.3.2 installed). In other words, does the dialog from
gnome-panel 2.5 (run dialog->browse) have the same size (See Bug #128636)
