Description Julien Olivier 2004-01-23 23:04:43 UTC
Nautilus bug #41681 was fixed by patching Sawfish
(back in 2000). I opened a new bug against
Nautilus (bug #132339) because, as metacity
replaced sawfish, this bug re-appeared.

Please go directly to bug #41681 to understand
what I am talking about.

Thanks.

but how can metacity tell whether a click is the start of a drag or not?

Some consideration of this has been made, but it will require an EWMH
protocol of some sort, which has not yet been developed.

I don't have any idea how to solve it, but according to bug #41681,
eazel developers managed to solve it a few years ago.
