Distribution: gentoo 1.4 Package: nautilus Severity: low Version: GNOME2.4.1 2.4.1 Gnome-Distributor: Gentoo Linux Synopsis: Nautilus failure in pictures preview Bugzilla-Product: nautilus Bugzilla-Component: general Bugzilla-Version: 2.4.1 BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.4.0.1) Description: Description of the crash: Nautilus crashes when attempting to do image previews of a medium-size images folder (.gif and .jpeg) Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. fill a folder with lots of XXX images (both gif and jpeg) 2. open the tree panel and browse the parent folder 3. click in the tree panel on the XXX folder from before Expected Results: a dancing girl coming outside the screen? or maybe just the previews ;) How often does this happen? at least 1 time per week Additional Information: gnome2 self compiled using gentoo ebuilds (using standard themes and icons from art.gnome.org) Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/nautilus' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...
