GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 13119
wishlist: Keyboard shortcuts for panel menus
Last modified: 2015-03-24 13:00:35 UTC
Package: panel Severity: wishlist Version: 1.2.0 Synopsis: xml menue behavior? Class: change-request Distribution: SuSE Linux 6.3 (i386) System: Linux 2.2.13 i586 unknown C compiler: egcs-2.91.66 glib: glib-1.2.8-0_helix_1 libxml: libxml-1.8.7-0_helix_1 Description: In other gnome-applications I can change the shortcut of the item I want to call. For example. I want to open another file in gnumeric with alt-o I click on file an point to the open item in the popup menue and type alt - o and the shortcut will change on the fly. In the panel menues this is not possible. Why not? Will it in gnome 2.0? I would be a cool feature and I don´t think it would be too hard to implement, won´t it?
