Ctrl + Plus doesn't increase fonts size

To type '+' I have to press Shift+Plus and to type '=' I have to just press '=' key. The problem is that to increase fonts size I need to press Ctrl+Shift+Plus instead of Ctrl+Plus as it's described in menu. Moreover Mozilla and Firebirds work perfectly with Ctrl+Plus, so I consider Epiphany's bevavior like a bug. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. 2. 3.
